Dear Members,
Many of you have informed the office that you have suddenly stopped receiving emails from the club.
There are two possible causes for this.
1. Please check your preferences
Log into the members are of the website and select MyGolf - then Preferences - if you scroll to the bottom of the page you will see a tick box where you can select which emails you are set up to receive from the club. For communications from the office and Paul, please ensure you have "Announcements and Updates" selected.
Do not forget to save your preferences!
2. Safe Sender Lists
The 2nd cause is that during an update to your system software your provider has inadvertantly blocked our communications. For example if you use "Yahoo" as your provider - please google "Yahoo - Safe Sender List" - You should then get some instructions on how to add an email address to a safe sender list. Please add "noreply@intelligentgolf.co.uk" to the safe sender list.
You should then start receiving the clubs communications again.
